J.F.D.I (Just F***king Do It!)
An old boss introduced me to this term (yes, I was in the rat race too once). He said “Lara, J.F.D.I” accompanied by a stern look. Confused, I asked innocently “What does J.F.D.I. mean boss”? to which he replied with a hint of aggression “Just Fucking Do It”!
Crass, yes, but effective. Over the years it has since become one of my favorite quotes.

I love it. Nice and simple. No hidden meanings.
It is perfect for the procrastinator within us all. Those moments when there is hesitation, self doubt, insecurity, fear, laziness…
It’s that kick up the backside that pushes us to take action – Now! and remember, it’s action which is going to see your dreams come to fruition! One big journey of J.F.D.I’ing if you will.
