the Soul Travelers Family

The Soul Travelers are a family of three from Santa Cruz, California who sold all their possessions and took off for a family odyssey around the world in September 2006.

The youngest of the family is a little girl called Nina whom they home school and who receives music lessons via Skype. The family lives on a budget of approximately $23 per day per person and fund their trip via their blog and are writing a book about their travels.

It really is inspiring to see a family unit defying the conventional lifestyle together. A family that truly believes there experience is the best teacher. You can read more about them here :
